Integrated Thinking
No output is produced separately from the brand's overall strategy — every visual or execution decision is tied to a clear reason.
Eight departments, one team, one direction.
Artik Group exists for brands that don't want their idea to get lost between scattered teams. We bring strategy, imagery, content and technical execution together under one roof, with one coordinated point of view.
Artik’s roots go back to 2015 and 2016, when Mostafa’s interest in photography, filming and visual storytelling turned into something more serious through small — and sometimes unpaid — projects. They were done to learn, to build a portfolio, and to work with friends, community groups and assorted organisations.
As editors, designers and other people joined, the work moved away from freelancing. From 2018 Artik entered the market as a professional team. The first office took shape in the basement of a house — a space the team fitted out themselves so the work would have a fixed base.
Later offices, a growing team, new specialisms and bigger projects took Artik from a production group to a multi-department agency. Today the aim is for Artik not to be merely a contractor: to think like the business’s external media team and stay beside it from the problem through execution and growth.
The milestones that built the structure Artik works with today — from the first visual projects to the eight-department model.
First visual experiments and early projects
The team goes professional and opens its first office, in a house basement
Design, editing, digital and content management are added
Work begins with corporate, industrial and holding-level clients
The eight-department model settles in, alongside the brand media partner role
These are the principles that guide our teams' decisions on every project, regardless of the client's size or industry.
No output is produced separately from the brand's overall strategy — every visual or execution decision is tied to a clear reason.
If an idea won't work for your brand, we say so at the start — not after the budget is already spent.
From color selection to print oversight, we take the details seriously — because they build the final quality.
Our goal isn't one successful project — it's a relationship that grows alongside your brand.
Scope and cost are set against the real problem — not by selling a crowded package or promising something we cannot deliver.
Quality is not just a beautiful image or a clean edit; the output has to start from a real problem, be built for a specific audience, and connect to a business goal.
Every project needs a brief, an approval route, an owner, a schedule, a technical standard and acceptance criteria â so quality does not depend on luck or on somebody’s taste that day.
Artik stays transparent about capacity, time, cost and likely outcome, and avoids promising a result it does not fully control.
Every department has a lead who owns the quality of that craft and how it fits with the rest of the team.

Short answers to the questions that usually come up before a project is scoped.
No. Production is one link in the chain. Artik works beside the brand from understanding the problem and setting strategy through the idea, production, execution, release and analysis.
Yes, if that specialism solves the problem. On multi-part projects we propose a combination of departments after the discovery session.
By the problem, the deliverables, how many specialisms are involved, the time, the production level and the length of the engagement. After discovery you get a clear delivery and cost proposal.
No. Artik commits to designing the right route, executing it professionally and optimising on data; the behaviour of the market and the platforms cannot be guaranteed.
After reviewing capacity, scope and whether quality can be maintained. Delivery time and any rush cost have to be clear before we start.
Approval stages, the number of revision rounds, and changes outside the scope are all set out in the proposal and the contract.
The file types delivered, the usage rights, the source files and any music or image licences are defined in each project’s contract.
Depending on the project it can cover publishing, maintenance, updates, reporting or an optimisation phase.
